1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse, copy, modify, or attempt to reverse engineer the App.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Warrantify offers optional premium subscriptions.

• All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store.
• Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App.

By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely for providing the App's functionality.

5. Data Accuracy

Warrantify provides tools to help you track warranties, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data or reminders.

You are responsible for verifying warranty information with manufacturers or sellers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Warrantify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
